Shipping policy

We ship out all of our USA orders with USPS First Class Shipping for USA customers. On average USPS First Class shipping is 3-5 business days. As this is an average, sometimes items may arrive sooner and sometimes they may arrive later during busy periods.

We ship out all of our Canadian orders with Canada Post non-tracked letter mail. On average Canada Post shipping is 5-10 business days. As this is an average, sometimes items may arrive sooner and sometimes they may arrive later during busy periods.

For Australia Customers:

We ship all of our orders with APC Priority Worldwide Tracked Parcel. The shipping time is 19-23 business days. As this is an average, sometimes items may arrive sooner and sometimes they may arrive later during busy periods.

Please note this excludes any processing/ handling times. If a product has processing/ handling times, it will be noted on the product page.

We recommend ordering prior to December 9th if you would like you order to arrive before Christmas.

Please take the estimated shipping time into account before purchasing. Please also note that these shipping times are estimates and due to variables in delivery times, and due to us no longer having control over the package once it is shipped out. We cannot guarantee exact shipping times.
